ABOUT THE PROJECT

Park Matecznego Apartments is a project perfectly placed in a highly connected part of the city, right next to the Matecznego roundabout. You’ll find yourself within easy reach of both the bohemian charm of the Kazimierz district and the leafy streets of Podgórze, with Wawel Royal Castle just a ten-minute tram ride away. For those who love the outdoors, the neighboring Mateczny Spa Park, the Vistula boulevards, and the scenic trails along the Wilga River offer the ideal setting for a stroll or an active afternoon.

CLASSY ARCHITECTURE

In the first three phases of the Apartamenty Park Matecznego development, five buildings were completed, comprising 337 apartments and 11 commercial units. The architectural design draws inspiration from the classic elegance of Cracow’s historic townhouses, notably through the use of mineral clinker tiles on the façade. Meticulously crafted common areas – adorned with striking door surrounds, ornate moldings, and gold-toned signage – further enhance the prestigious and sophisticated character of the project.
