STRATEGY HOME 2030

ESG is an approach focused on environmental, social, and governance issues. In our operations, we conduct a detailed analysis of the key impact areas of the Dom Development Group to identify those that are most important to us. We manage these areas with a view to creating long-term value while taking into account the needs of our stakeholders.


OUR APPROACH

ESG issues are an integral part of our business strategy and form the foundation of the actions we undertake. At Dom Development Group, we consistently incorporate environmental and social considerations into our day-to-day business decisions, which is why they have been one of the pillars of the company's business strategy for many years.

As an organisation, we strive to minimise our negative environmental and social impact, which is more important today than ever before.

    'Urban Greenery' Program
     

    In 2024, in line with the objectives set out in the DOM 2030 ESG Strategy, we launched the 'Urban Greenery' programme. Each year, we develop at least one publicly accessible green space in the agglomerations where we operate: Warsaw, Wrocław, the Tri-City and Cracow. Our plans include revitalising green areas and establishing flower meadows, pocket parks, linear parks, rain gardens and urban farms.

    Barrier-free flats
     

    We were the first developer in Poland to offer turnkey flat finishing options for people with specific needs. This service is available for both ready-made and personalised programs and involves designing and furnishing interiors adapted to the special needs of customers. Barrier-free flats can also make life easier for elderly people and families with small children.

    New urban space
     

    We carry out revitalisation projects in urbanised and post-industrial areas. This allows us to restore previously inaccessible areas to use and prevent the uncontrolled sprawl of urban development. Most of our investments meet the criteria of a 15-minute city, providing access within walking distance to basic infrastructure and services: public transport, education, shops, recreation, green areas, sports infrastructure and healthcare.
