An accomplished manager with a long track record in the real estate and construction industries. He began his career in 1993 by founding a road construction company. Between 2001 and 2005, he served as a Board Member and Commercial Director at Kombet Concrete Production Company in Gdynia. He then, from 2005 to 2007, held the position of a Board Member and Commercial Director at Semmelrock Stein + Design, part of the Wienerberger Group, managing operations in northern Poland.

Since 2007, he has been with Euro Styl S.A., initially as Vice President of the Management Board and Managing Director, where he was responsible for strategic areas of operations, such as land acquisition and predevelopment. From 2017 to 2024, he held the position of President of the Management Board. In 2018, he was appointed as a Member of the Management Board of Dom Development S.A. Since 2025, he has served as the President of the Management Board of Dom Development S.A., a Member of the Management Board of Euro Styl S.A., a Member of the Management Board of Dom Development Kraków Sp. z o.o., and a Member of the Management Board of Dom Development Wrocław Sp. z o.o.

He holds a degree in Maritime Transport Economics from the University of Gdańsk, and has been teaching Real Estate and Development Project Management in the postgraduate programme at the University of Gdańsk since 2018. He is fluent in English.

An accomplished manager with extensive experience in top management roles. She began her professional career in 2002 as Senior Accountant at Arko Sp. z o.o., and then worked as an Independent Accountant at Remondis Sp. z o.o. (2004-2005). Over the next 4 years, she served as Deputy Chief Accountant at Parker Hannifin Sp. z o.o., and later at Fadesa Polnord Polska Sp. z o.o. In 2009, she joined MLP Group S.A. in Pruszków, initially as the Head of the Financial Reporting Department. She was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2014, and subsequently stepped into the role of Member of the Management Board (2022-2024). Since 1 March 2025, she has been the Vice President of the Management Board and the Chief Financial Officer at Dom Development S.A.

She graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and Business, specialising in banking and from the Warsaw School of Economics, specialising in financial reporting.

A manager with over 25 years’ experience in the property development market who has dedicated his entire professional career to Dom Development. He joined the company in 1997 - the first year of its operation. Almost from the beginning, he has been involved in residential sales. Starting out as a Sales Specialist, he moved up to the position of Regional Sales Manager. In 2014, he became the Deputy Director of the Sales and Marketing Department, and from 2020 to 2024 he held the position of the Director of the Sales Department. He was appointed as a Member of the Management Board of Dom Development S.A. with effect on 29 October 2024.

He is also in charge of expanding Dom Development Group’s mortgage activities. In 2010, he took on the role of the head of the newly created Credit Advisory Department, and when Dom Development Kredyty Sp. z o.o. was established in 2017, he was nominated a member of the Management Board. Since 2019, he has been the President of the Management Board.

He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw (now the Vistula University), and an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

A manager with over 20 years’ experience in the property market. She started her professional career in 2002 as a Specialist at Geopat Sp. z o.o. In 2004, she joined the Military Property Agency’s (Agencja Mienia Wojskowego) Warsaw branch as a Specialist in Property Acquisition and Management. Between 2005-2011 she developed her expertise at Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o., advancing from Predevelopment Specialist to Chief Predevelopment Specialist, and ultimately taking the position of Chief Land Procurement Coordinator.

Since 2011, she has been with Dom Development, starting as a Specialist and progressing to the role of Project Manager in the Land Department. From 2014 until 2022, she held the role of the Deputy Director of the Land Department, and from 2022 to 2024, she was the Director of the Land Department and Commercial Proxy. She was appointed as a Member of the Management Board of Dom Development S.A. with effect on 1 January 2025.

She holds a degree from the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography at Warsaw University of Technology, and completed postgraduate studies in the "Legal and Economic Foundations of the Development Process" at the College of Management and Finance, Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

He has been with Dom Development since 1998 as a Consultant and Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board. In 2006 he was appointed as a Member of the Company’s Management Board. He has over 40 years of experience in the European construction sector. He graduated in Real Estate Management from London University and holds an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Since 1998 he has worked as a consultant/board member at a number of British and other foreign residential development companies. Between 1971 and 1998 he was the President of the Board of Directors at Combien Group plc and Prowting plc, two UK property development companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.
