    MODERN ELEGANCE

    The Apartamenty Ludwiki project is a cluster of 5 buildings 3 to 8 floors high. Premium materials such as glass, steel, laminate and mineral brick tiles were used on the façades while interiors were decorated with reconstituted stone and natural marble elements. The project will feature diverse vegetation in between the buildings and courtyards with playgrounds and chill out areas for adults. The ground floor will be occupied by service outlets intended for cafés and ‘corner shops’. We designed bicycle storage rooms for the convenience of cyclists, and a vehicle charging station for electric car users.
