UNIQUE DESIGN

The Bokserska 71 project has a contemporary design featuring high-end materials on its elevation including ceramics and printed tempered glass. The reverse E-shaped building with four storeys in the west stepping back to six storeys allows the apartments on the top two levels to have large terraces. The project will have a distinctive theme symbolizing movement and change which will be expressed in numerous artistic elements. The green roof will feature a publicly available terrace overlooking the horse racing grounds as well as photovoltaic panels.
