Information clauses concerning the processing of personal data for certain purposes and in specific business processes operated by Dom Development Kredyty

 

Dom Development Kredyty processes personal data in the implementation of its business functions, for the following purposes:

Dom Development reserves the right to present third-party products and services to Customers. Whenever a Customer decides to purchase a third-party product or service so presented, Dom Development requests the Customer to consent to its personal data being made available to the third-party and provides comprehensive information related to that process. Once the Customer has given its consent, its personal data is made available to the third-party who at the same time becomes a separate data controller.

You are informed by Dom Development Kredyty from time to time of any recipients of your personal data. This is done in the dedicated information clauses we provide to you. For our social media Fanpage, such recipients may be other portal users. Dom Development Kredyty also informs you that personal data shared by you in a social media profile or while contacting Dom Development Kredyty via a social media portal may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
