Information clauses concerning the processing of personal data for certain purposes and in specific business processes operated by Dom Development Kredyty

 

Dom Development Kredyty processes personal data in the implementation of its business functions, for the following purposes:

a) with regard to the provision of mortgage broker services - for a period of 10 years from the date of your consent,
b) with regard to the Controller’s legal obligations related to the provision of mortgage broker services - for the period required for the Controller to discharge these obligations,
c) with regard to analysing customer satisfaction and determination of service quality - for a period not exceeding the period specified in letter d),
d) with regard to the establishment, exercise or defence of claims - for the limitation periods for claims as set out by law.

We will process the data for a period required by the law for corresponding types of documents; for example, personal data in or for tax accounting documents will be processed by us for 5 years following the end of the year when the tax obligation arose and to secure information for a legal need to demonstrate the facts - until the limitation periods for claims (if any) expire.

We will process your data until the expiry of any processing purpose that requires statistics to be prepared. Preparation of statistics is only a process that accompanies other processes

We will process the data until the recruitment process is completed unless the candidate consents to the processing of their data in future recruitment processes – which will extend this period to 12 months.

You are informed by Dom Development Kredyty from time to time of any recipients of your personal data. This is done in the dedicated information clauses we provide to you. For our social media Fanpage, such recipients may be other portal users. Dom Development Kredyty also informs you that personal data shared by you in a social media profile or while contacting Dom Development Kredyty via a social media portal may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Dom Development Kredyty reserves the right to organise contests, events and other initiatives. Information on how your data is processed in relation to such activities will be provided in separate documents, including separate terms and conditions.

The provision of your data is required, for example, to conclude agreements and to perform legal obligations. Your personal data may be shared with Dom Development Kredyty by an entity subcontracted by Dom Development Kredyty. Otherwise the disclosure of your data is voluntary.

We do not process your personal data in a fully automated manner (including profiling). The decision to provide specific information to you will be ultimately made by an employee of the Controller.

Once you have selected the processing operation assigned to the business process in which you are involved, a dedicated information clause will be displayed.
